Bison Vintage Rebirth Custom Motorcycle Racing Suit

The newest Bison suit model is ironically our oldest-looking. New for 2020 we’re excited to announce the Vintage Rebirth line of suits.

We love vintage racing and we’ve always felt that every vintage, sidecar or cafe bike should be ridden by a rider wearing a proper-looking kit. With that in mind we set about designing a suit that looks right at home on a grid of vintage or flat track racers while feeling and performing like a state-of-the-art product for the wearer.

The first thing you notice about the VR suit is the lack of external sliders on the shoulders, knees and elbows. The next thing you notice is the beautiful diamond-stitched elements on the arms, shoulders, shins and small back speed hump. The suit can be optioned with no perforation, or maximum perforation across all non-impact areas. Open the external YKK metal zippers and you will find a fully removable 3D mesh inner liner inside, as well as adjustable CE armor standard in 12 points throughout the suit. On cowhide suits, we spec’d the leather thickness up .1 in all areas with 1.4 mm in all impact/slide zones, backed by a second layer of hide. Both Cow and Kangaroo VR suits feature double leather and triple stitching in stress zones. VR suits can be optioned with our AirHide vest-prepared interior for the ultimate in protection, accepting five of the most popular and protective vests on the market today.

As with all of our products, The Vintage Rebirth suit is built to your exact specifications via a 28-point measurement chart and one-on-one design process. You have dozens of colors to choose from, but may we suggest black?

• Selecting the AirHide air vest prepared suit without vest means your suit will have the capability of accepting your choice of the most popular air vests on the market today. *IMPORTANT: While Bison AirHide is compatible with multiple air vests, only the Helite Integrated E-Vest is approved by the manufacturer for use in Bison suits. • 1.3-1.4mm cowhide OR 1.1-1.2mm kangaroo hide in a wide variety of colors with printed patterns available.
  

• One- or Two-piece construction available. Two-piece suits attach using a 280-degree metal YKK zipper at the waist.

• Available with or without knee puck velcro.

• Up to (6) six logos or patches at no additional charge.

• Perforation options ranging from none to “all non-impact areas”.

• Accordion flex panels in seven areas enhance mobility with zero safety compromises.

• Top-quality Kevlar fabric in all stretch zones including behind leather accordion panels.

Important Notes About Kangaroo
It is important to keep in mind that direct print on kangaroo hide is not as durable (long-lasting) as print on cowhide. For this reason, we ask that you consider this when designing your suit and gloves. Your Gear Customization Specialist will assist you in this area. We may utilize cowhide in printed areas or cut/stitch patterns and designs when possible. Please contact us for specific information and questions regarding kangaroo printing.
