How did you get into motorcycles? I lived on a busy road in the city when I was young and would ride my bicycle along it doing wheelies on the sidewalk. There was always a group of sportbikes that would see me and fly by doing wheelies. That was the coolest thing in my world and I begged my parents for a motorcycle for the next 2 years until they finally caved.
Why do you ride? I've always loved it! Since I rode my first bike (74' Kawasaki KE100) when I was 12 years old, I've been hooked and have never gone a year since without owning some type of motorcycle.
Career Highlight: Getting my best friend Kevin Tregellas back into racing with me at the end of 2020
Favorite Bike to Ride: ZX10R
How do you prepare to go on the track? Physically, I train with cardio, weights and stretching 6-7 days a week and I'm fairly strict on my diet. Mentally, I just focus on appreciating the fact that I have to opportunity to race and have fun.
Goals for 2021: I have 2 goals for 2021. My "racing" goal is simply to improve my lap times every weekend and win races. I've been to many tracks and have personal benchmarks to try and beat each time back. My "personal" goal is to enjoy the people around me at the track more and put myself in better situations to help and be more mindful of others. God and this sport have been great to me, and I feel a desire to give back.
Why do you choose Bison Track? Simple... because of Rob and Tosha. The first thing I've said to many fellow racers when they ask about Bison is the level support they provide. Yes the quality is great (I've crash tested them already) and the designs are awesome, but to me personally they are what sets Bison apart.
